How do I submit payment for my order?
Upon checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal. Payment is currently accepted through PayPal only.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders are shipped from Kingwood, Texas (about 10-15 miles north of Houston, Texas).

What is the processing time?

KadiaaKawaii is currently a one-person team; however, I strive to ship in a timely manner. With this in mind, orders may take between 1-5 days to ship. I am not responsible for weather or shipping carrier delays.

What shipping carrier do you use? 

The standard shipping is first class via USPS. Once at the shipping facility, it may take between 3-5 days for the package to arrive to you, due to various location/distance.
I keep the price for shipping at exactly $4.00 - this is the lowest price available for shipping through PayPal, via USPS first class. 

Can I track my order?

All orders include a tracking number! Tracking numbers will be sent to the PayPal e-mail address that you used to make your purchase.
Tracking numbers are for you to check the status of your package to prevent any failed deliveries or mishaps with your items. You can track your order on the USPS official website.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Once your order has been made, it is final. We cannot stop the order to add additional items. You must make another order and pay for additional shipping.

Can I update my shipping adress?

If your order has not shipped out yet, we can update your shipping address. Please use the "Contact" option on the drop-down menu to send an email detailing the address change. Please include your order number and the new address. Once I have updated the address change, I will confirm that the address has been updated.

What do I do if an item I ordered arrived damaged?

If an item you purchased was damaged during shipment, I will gladly makes things right and send a replacement.
If your items does arrived damaged, please send an email to [email protected] and include your order number as well as a picture of the damaged merchandise. 

Return Policy

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
